HEALTHY WAYS OF PREVENTING YOU FROM GETTING FAT



SCARED OF GETTING FAT?
Starving yourself or eating less simply doesn't help you lose weight healthily.
Losing weight doesn't simply mean going hungry, it means eating well. Surprised??..!!
Below are healthy ways preventing getting fat

1. EAT BREAKFAST EVERYDAY: although people think skipping breakfast could help prevent getting fat; that's negative. Studies show that eating breakfast helps you consume fewer total calories for the day. Never skip breakfast!
2. EAT HIGH FIBER FOODS: eating high fiber foods such as rice, corn, wheat, oat, beans, almond, etc keeps you full; you may likely not have another bite till supper. These foods have few calories, few fat, and are bulky. They are also digested slowly maintaining your plasma glucose level at an even and sustained level.
3.EAT RAW, LEAFY GREEN VEGETABLES: Go for salad, carrots and broccoli. They are remarkably low in calories but high in water and slow digesting fiber; so they tend to fill you up.
4. EAT CHICKEN, BEANS AND FISH FOR PROTEIN: notably, they don't prevent weight gain, but protein rich foods shouldn't be missed in diets!
5.EAT HEALTHY NUTS: nuts are crunchy and salty. Even though nuts are fatty, they may help you shed weight according to a number of studies. Researchers believe that the healthy fat in nuts helps people feel full, and the protein may use up calories as it digests.
6. TAKE CALCIUM RICH FOODS: examples include dried herbs, yoghurt, almond, milk and other dairy products, green leafy vegetables, etc. Calcium, it turns out, may play a part in how fat is broken down and stored. The more calcium in a fat cell, the more fat it burns.
