IT'S EVENING: WHAT TO DO..

STAYING BUSY WHILE THE SUN SETS (EVENING)

Sitting in front of the television or computer might lead to inactivity-induced evening hunger. Stay busy with something relaxing during the evenings. For example, work on a difficult puzzle, read, hone your drawing or painting skills, do yoga, knit or call friends and family members to catch up. Joining a local club for a hobby you enjoy helps too. Social interactions are great distractions from wanting to munch.
You could as well take some time out to work out, that gives you a refreshing feel and relegates your stress-feels.
